Hi-Tech Tilt™ is the technology breakthrough of a 16ga. structural Metal Stud combined with W.M.F steel reinforcement Embedded in a standard 2" Concrete slab for Floors,& Walls (with load bearing capabilities); Hi-Tech Tilt™ is a patented composite building technology.
The Hi-Tech Tilt™ panels are framed with metal studs or joists and track. The walls can be pre-fabricated in a plant or onsite cast on the building slab. The concrete skin is 2" thick. The studs and plates are usually 6" X 16 gauge. The steel is attached to the concrete by a tab that is punched out of the side flange of the studs and plates. The tabs are embedded into the concrete by using the building slab as a casting bed, similar to tilt-up casting methods. The panels do not use rebar but use wire mesh. The resulting product is a structural sound building panel that has a finished outside surface and a studded inside surface. On the inside, this allows electrical, plumbing and insulation to be installed before standard drywall is attached to the studs. The outside can be cast with feature strips or any decorative reveals. There are various methods of creating a thermal break for colder climates.

This patented technology forms construction panels stronger-but-lighter than solid concrete, concrete block or any other conventional construction method. The bonding and adherence of the concrete to steel becomes a very strong composition of conventional products which provides you a competitive edge over tilt-up and other building systems, allowing you to build stronger buildings faster and at a lower cost.
Hi-Tech Tilt™ has the support of a structural engineer (John Larkin Wilson) who establishes the stability and structural integrity of our product. This factor allows easier approval by building departments and officials throughout.
Hi-Tech Tilt™ comprises the building enclosure/exterior load-bearing walls, floors and roof or any combination. Hi-Tech Tilt™ is the simplest, fastest form of producing economical, yet strong and fast enclosures. It can be produced using onsite (tilt-up style) or offsite pre-casting. Once the lightweight panels are installed, all other work is done conventionally including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, insulation, drywall, doors, windows, etc. The floor, roof or wall panels can be designed with any arrangement of stud sizes, gauges and spacing to accommodate different load requirements. This gives an engineer a great deal of flexibility in designing for efficiency.
There are many reasons why you should use Hi-Tech Tilt™ on your next project.
